Catherine! These are so interesting so far! I saw this post before I saw the one with the unaltered icon and I definitely had to focus in to see if I could find the icon so great job disguising the original! I especially like the last two iterations with the sort of dripping texture- it leaves a really nice window for her main facial features. I'm excited to see where you take this piece next!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I agree with Avery. The last one still allows her face to kind of have a shadow there. It looks cool and kind of creepy at the same time. You tried out some really interesting blending layers!
ReplyDeleteThe yellow one is so so pretty, I love how you've progressed with this icon. It is so different from the original and speaks in its own way and I love the colors in all of the images!
